Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
Must comply with food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet guest service expectations
Monitor inventory and assist in receiving and storing supplies
Maintain speed and efficiency during high-volume service periods
Assist with training new kitchen staff
