Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Must comply with food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Monitor inventory and assist in receiving and storing supplies
- Maintain speed and efficiency during high-volume service periods
- Assist with training new kitchen staff
