Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no previous cooking experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to cooking
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications

- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles is a plus but not required
- prior kitchen or food preparation experience is favorable but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare scratch-made food according to Bubba's 33 recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
- manage assigned cooking stations efficiently during busy service times
- collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- adhere to company food safety and hygiene standards
- assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve culinary skills
