Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, and twist continuously
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain
- No previous experience required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Excellent customer service and etiquette
- Knowledge of restaurant cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
- Uphold restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
- Learn restaurant menu and recipes
- Multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
