Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of cooking experience in similar role
- Serv-Safe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic knife handling skills
- knowledge of sanitation and health regulations
- ability to lift 50+ pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- punctual and reliable
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- degree from a culinary institute preferred
- Serv-Safe certified
- 1-3 years of similar or equivalent cooking experience
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques such as braising, sautéing, roasting, and grilling
- experience in restaurant, hotel, resort, or club kitchen environments
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions

- team player with ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with culinary operations
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- train co-workers on food preparation and safety procedures
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations
- participate in catering and special event food preparation
- prepare daily menu items reflecting the Latitude Margaritaville Lifestyle
- maintain proper hygiene and kitchen sanitation
- work in various kitchen stations as needed
- manage inventory and production efficiently
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
