Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education
  • Ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Willingness to follow dress code and safety regulations
  • Ability to safely operate mid-sized company delivery van or truck
  • Commitment to adhere to HSEQ policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or equivalent education
  • Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to safely operate large volume culinary equipment including slicer, mixer, food processors, blenders, and chopper
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines including HACCP
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

  • Clock in and out for workday and clock in and out during breaks
  • Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with company and client standards
  • Utilize food preparation procedures in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local guidelines and regulations
  • Apply basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by work assignment
  • Execute NetMenu recipe preparation of food items as directed by production sheets and/or chefs
  • Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company and regulatory rules
  • Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety issues, or situations requiring management attention
