Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Must be able to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully

Job Duties
- Prepare home-made meals using fresh ingredients
- Ensure every customer receives their made-from-scratch meal hot off the grill
- Follow authentic recipes accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant
- Do everything possible to satisfy customers
- Adhere to safety and food handling guidelines
- Have fun and contribute to a positive work environment
