Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
One year experience working as a line cook
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
Ability to read, speak, and understand English
Basic mathematical skills
High school diploma preferred
Brand certification as required

Job Duties

Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
Set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown kitchen machinery and equipment
Maintain stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to ensure quality
Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
Take responsibility for quality of products served
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
Other duties as assigned
