- Minimum six months experience in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- At least six months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred

- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare more than 200 fresh dishes daily using various cooking techniques
- Maintain strong knife skills and precise measurements for quality dishes
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborate with team members to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
- Stand for extended periods and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Follow safety and hygiene standards consistently
- Assist in maintaining inventory and kitchen supplies
