Job Requirements
- Proven cooking experience in a high volume restaurant
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industrys best practices, including department of health standards
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
- Positive attitude
