- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Levy standards
- Ensure all dishes meet timing, taste, and presentation specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
- Communicate with team members and chefs to ensure efficient service
- Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown of station before and after service
