Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

- Ability to operate kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer

- Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients or butchery appreciated but not required
Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- Interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
- Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Operate various kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- Keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
- Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation
- Fill out prep list daily
- Added responsibility as needed
