Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • able to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
  • able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties

  • Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in an ideal celebratory environment
  • keep supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and take corrective actions
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
  • operate all kitchen equipment safely and correctly
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensure proper storage of products at appropriate levels
  • prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and minimize waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and stations
  • clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • smile and maintain friendly demeanor during shifts
  • communicate clearly with team members
  • adhere to dress guidelines and maintain professional appearance
  • work days, nights, and weekends as required
