Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in an ideal celebratory environment
- keep supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and take corrective actions
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- operate all kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure proper storage of products at appropriate levels
- prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and stations
- clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- smile and maintain friendly demeanor during shifts
- communicate clearly with team members
- adhere to dress guidelines and maintain professional appearance
- work days, nights, and weekends as required
