Job Description

Europa Village is seeking a full-time Restaurant Line Cook to join the vibrant team at Bolero Restaurante. This role is ideal for a cooking enthusiast who brings an outgoing, self-motivated, and energetic personality to the kitchen. Candidates must have a passion for preparing food with finesse and a minimum of two years of line cook experience, especially in fine dining environments, which is considered a significant asset. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience as a line cook
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Set up, clean and organize workstations
  • Prepare menu items following recipes according to Bolero Restaurante standards
  • Make adjustments to food items for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, recipes, food quality standards and regulations
  • Ensure availability of all ingredients and supplies at the beginning of each shift
  • Take orders from wait staff or computerized systems
  • Multitask effectively managing multiple cooking items simultaneously
  • Ensure high-quality food service every time
  • Follow all standard food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining and stocking food storage areas
  • Work at a quick pace to deliver food timely
  • Perform other duties as assigned
