Job Requirements
- Willing to work weekends and evenings
- Able to communicate positively, verbally and articulately
- Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
- Willingness to learn and grow
- One or more years of line cook experience a plus but training provided
- Ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Multitasking skills and good knife skills
- Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
- Must be at least 18 years old or have a valid work permit
- Reliable transportation to work

- At least one year of line cook experience preferred
- Knowledge of sanitary food handling practices
- Ability to communicate positively and articulately
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Good knife skills

Job Duties
- Maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards
- Clean, receive, prep, and stock product before, after and during service
- Follow established menus and recipes
- Maintain sanitary food handling practices in compliance with restaurant standards and Health Code
- Interact with guests and fellow team members positively and promptly
- Utilize a hospitality approach in all communication
- Assist in multitasking and using good knife skills
