Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience as a line cook or similar role
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • adherence to company drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • experience with cooking various types of cuisine preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to meet guest expectations
  • maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions
  • contribute to menu development and special event catering
