Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience as a line cook or similar role
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- experience with cooking various types of cuisine preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to meet guest expectations
- maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions
- contribute to menu development and special event catering
