Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- One-year related experience and or training as cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, health care facility or similar institution

Job Duties
- Collaborates with culinary team to prepare dishes utilizing different cooking techniques as per standardized recipes
- Maintains a clean and organized area throughout the shift
- Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to execute test recipes
- Prepares three daily meals following standardized recipes
- Ensures proper portion control and food safety
- Cares for and cleans kitchen equipment after use
