Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Love for food and attention to detail
- Current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety
- Excellent customer service and etiquette skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred but not required
- Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one
- Basic knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes in cooking
- Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
- Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
