Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- experience on saute, grill and pantry
- understanding of a la carte and banquet production
- two years of experience as a line cook preferred, not required
- high level of cleanliness, organizational skills and attention to detail
- team player able to foster professional relationships with members, employees and guests
- great work ethic with a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence resulting in high quality member and guest service
Job Duties
- prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to seasonal menu and established recipes
- ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation are maintained at all times
- assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
- uphold food safety and sanitation regulations to comply with health department standards
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely service to guests
- participate in daily kitchen prep and clean-up activities
