Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience on saute, grill and pantry
  • understanding of a la carte and banquet production
  • two years of experience as a line cook preferred, not required
  • high level of cleanliness, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • team player able to foster professional relationships with members, employees and guests
  • great work ethic with a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence resulting in high quality member and guest service

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to seasonal menu and established recipes
  • ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation are maintained at all times
  • assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
  • uphold food safety and sanitation regulations to comply with health department standards
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely service to guests
  • participate in daily kitchen prep and clean-up activities
