Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook preferred
  • Ability to handle grill work and fryer stations
  • Must be able to work all holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must maintain a positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Present a warm friendly and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
  • Ensure lunch line is set and fully stocked prior to opening
  • Handle all grill work and fryers
  • Slice Prime Rib and assist in setting up all orders
  • Work lunch line as directed by Chef
  • Stock reach-ins
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Support Broiler Cook in preparing orders
  • Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Perform duties conscientiously to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Be passionate about working in a fast paced team environment
  • Be available on all holidays
