Job Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • must obtain a Food Handler's Card
  • proper knife skills
  • ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
  • ability to handle multiple orders in a timely manner
  • must handle food safely when prepping and cooking
  • follow procedures and recipes on food items
  • retain menu and product knowledge
  • proper personal hygiene
  • maintain health department standards throughout shift
  • professional attitude and respect of coworkers, establishment, and the brand

Job Duties

  • Work line positions such as salad table, grill, roll-up and expo
  • prepare food in a made-from-scratch kitchen before and after service periods
  • operate kitchen equipment efficiently
  • follow recipe and order screens accurately
  • clean and maintain kitchen, dish, and prep areas
  • perform shift side work including opening and closing duties
  • work effectively in a fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency
