Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
one year line cook experience in a restaurant
ability to read, speak, and understand English
basic math skills
ability to work on feet for extended hours
ability to work in confined spaces

Job Duties

Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station daily
requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
handle, store, and rotate all products properly
set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment
maintain stock, cut, and store perishables daily to ensure quality
complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
take responsibility for product quality
perform cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products assigned by supervisor
perform other duties as assigned
