Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role advantageous
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads according to Red Robin procedures
  • Cut, sauté, broil, and fry food items while maintaining quality standards
  • Adhere to food safety handling and cleanliness rules to ensure guest safety
  • Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen work area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely food delivery
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation and kitchen operations
