Job Requirements
- availability to work saturday and sunday dinners
- ability to work day and night 8-hour shifts
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to learn and take direction
Job Qualifications
- basic culinary skills or willingness to learn
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- reliability and strong work ethic
- prior experience in a commercial kitchen preferred but not required
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare and cook bbq dishes following established recipes and techniques
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely food preparation
- manage inventory and assist with stock rotation
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in training new kitchen staff
- maintain a positive and efficient work environment
