- previous culinary experience preferred
- strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- maintaining knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations
- preparing and cooking menu items during service while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- understanding and adherence to food safety regulations
- collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
- maintain a clean and organized workspace contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
