Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary experience preferred
  • strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintaining knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations
  • preparing and cooking menu items during service while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • understanding and adherence to food safety regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
