Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience working on the hot line
- Ability to execute dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of sanitation, cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to multi-task and maintain grace under fire and work well in a fast paced environment under additional layers of sanitary protections
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read tickets quickly and prioritize and time food accordingly
- High level of energy
- Sense of urgency when needed
- Excellent teamwork and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work in an exceptionally safe, clean and well executed kitchen
- Set up and stock station
- Learn the recipes, preparation techniques and plate presentation for the dishes in your station
- Ensure all dishes are executed, held and served according to the Chef's recipes and at the correct temperature
- Clean and restock your station as necessary
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
