Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent GED
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to obtain state Food Handlers certification if not currently certified
- strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- commitment to food safety and sanitation
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- state Food Handlers certification required or ability to obtain one
Job Duties
- maintain and set up food production and quality control of meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning, and other food items
- ensure timely and consistent preparation of dishes according to proper specifications
- maintain plating and presentation standards
- follow safety standards and food regulations
- maintain sanitation and a safe work environment
- assist in inventory management
- collaborate with kitchen team to meet service demands
