Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes ensuring consistency and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist with daily kitchen operations including prepping ingredients setting up stations and monitoring inventory
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food service during peak ski season hours
  • Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines including proper storage and labeling practices
  • Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with special events menu development and other tasks as needed
