Job Duties
- Assist with pasta making, pizza preparation, and other specialty Italian dishes
- uphold the restaurant's commitment to providing exceptional Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction
- follow food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety
- monitor food temperatures and assist in maintaining quality standards
- assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- food preparation
- working in a team environment
- actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
- plating and presentation
- provide proper rotation of products
- complete opening/running/closing duties
- other duties as assigned by kitchen management
