  • food handler safety training card (health card)

Job Duties

  • Assist with pasta making, pizza preparation, and other specialty Italian dishes
  • uphold the restaurant's commitment to providing exceptional Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction
  • follow food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety
  • monitor food temperatures and assist in maintaining quality standards
  • assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
  • food preparation
  • working in a team environment
  • actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • plating and presentation
  • provide proper rotation of products
  • complete opening/running/closing duties
  • other duties as assigned by kitchen management
