Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready at scheduled time and be in proper uniform
- Work at a brisk and steady pace while staying organized
- Adhere 100% to recipes during food preparation and production steps
- Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for accurate portioning
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment with clean-as-you-go practices
- Meet productivity standards by balancing quality and quantity of work
- Stock supplies ahead of busy periods and maintain organization
- Follow safety protocols including OSHA guidelines and safe food handling
- Receive, rotate, and stock food properly
- Provide prep support as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members
