- At least four years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Able to work most stations of the kitchen

Job Duties
- Monitor food production for quality and consistency
- Oversee staffing levels and coordinate kitchen schedules
- Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage cost control and inventory procedures
- Step in to lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and guests
