Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- willing to perform various kitchen tasks including food preparation and cleaning
- ability to follow recipes and safety procedures
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
- ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors
- friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members
- thinks and acts quickly in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Job Duties
- Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
- cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
- communicate ticket times to team members
- keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- must be willing to do light dishes and prep
