Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to consistent quality following recipe cards
- complete mis en place and set-up station for dinner service
- start food items prepared ahead ensuring not to exceed estimated needs
- operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill
- date and rotate food containers, maintain proper storage temperatures and minimize waste
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
