Job Duties
- Cook on the grill by preparing meat and vegetables
- monitor food temperature to ensure safe cooking

- clean the grill and surrounding area throughout and after shifts
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- train new grill cooks on equipment and food preparation techniques
