Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- 4+ years of line cook experience preferred
- willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy guest needs
- knowledgeable about the menu and products offered
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience cooking in a restaurant
- knowledge of kitchen methods and procedures
- skilled in knife handling
- ability to perform tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
- ability to read and follow cooking instructions
- organized and self-motivated
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook as indicated in recipes
- ensure ingredients at the workstation are ready on schedule meeting preparation timelines for smooth service delivery
- organize and clean the workstation according to restaurant protocol
- maintain cleanliness of workstation including kitchen equipment
- comply with health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
