Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • 4+ years of line cook experience preferred
  • willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy guest needs
  • knowledgeable about the menu and products offered

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience cooking in a restaurant
  • knowledge of kitchen methods and procedures
  • skilled in knife handling
  • ability to perform tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
  • ability to read and follow cooking instructions
  • organized and self-motivated

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook as indicated in recipes
  • ensure ingredients at the workstation are ready on schedule meeting preparation timelines for smooth service delivery
  • organize and clean the workstation according to restaurant protocol
  • maintain cleanliness of workstation including kitchen equipment
  • comply with health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
  • guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
