Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is recommended
  • ServeSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and efficient meal service
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff
  • Participate in menu development and taste testing
