  • Ability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare fried chicken, pies, sides, and biscuits with craft and intention
  • Assist chefs and the heart of house team with prep and setup
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • Participate in kitchen breakdown and closing procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and timely service
  • Adapt to high-paced kitchen environment with proficiency in equipment use
  • Support guest experience by upholding restaurant standards
