Job Duties
- Prepare fried chicken, pies, sides, and biscuits with craft and intention
- Assist chefs and the heart of house team with prep and setup
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Participate in kitchen breakdown and closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and timely service
- Adapt to high-paced kitchen environment with proficiency in equipment use
- Support guest experience by upholding restaurant standards
