Job Duties
- prepare made-from-scratch meals according to Texas Roadhouse recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and workstations
- work collaboratively with team members to manage high-volume orders
- follow health and safety regulations during food preparation
- assist with inventory management and stock supplies
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- participate in training sessions and skill development opportunities
