Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience preferred in food preparation or similar role
ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
excellent communication skills
team player attitude

Job Qualifications

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members
thinks and acts quickly in a fast paced, high-volume environment
ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc
prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position

Job Duties

Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
communicate ticket times to team members
keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
must be willing to do light dishes and prep
