Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience preferred in food preparation or similar role
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • excellent communication skills
  • team player attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members
  • thinks and acts quickly in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc
  • prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position

Job Duties

  • Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
  • communicate ticket times to team members
  • keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
  • must be willing to do light dishes and prep
