Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • walk or stand 100% of shift
  • frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
  • comply with company dress guidelines looking neat, clean and professional

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with other team members
  • friendly attitude with ability to smile consistently
  • self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation standards

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective actions or suggest alternatives
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely operate all equipment correctly
  • use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensure all products are stored properly in the correct location at appropriate levels
  • prepare and sell food that meets food quality indicators and guest expectations
  • sell food within recommended time frames
  • prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets and eliminating waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations
  • clean kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative, harmonious working climate
  • be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights, and weekends
  • demonstrate clear communication with other team members
  • be disciplined and self-motivated
  • dress neatly and professionally
  • be at least 18 years of age
