Job Requirements
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- Availability on mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
- Minimum five shifts per week
- Minimum three years experience in a full-service restaurant
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Formal culinary education is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook elevated comfort food dishes to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Participate in menu development and provide feedback for kitchen improvements
