Job Duties

  • Prepare food for customers, prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts
  • Follow and maintain food safety and HACCP process
  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation equipment and work area
  • Organize, load and unload inventory and put merchandise away
  • Monitor quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
  • Communicate daily with upper management
  • Wash large restaurant pots and pans
  • Empty trash bins in dumpster
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
