- At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Able to work most stations of the kitchen

Job Duties
- Monitor food production, quality and consistency
- Manage staffing levels and department training
- Produce consistent culinary products to meet and exceed guest needs
- Provide leadership in the Sous Chef's absence
- Ensure compliance with culinary education standards
- Control culinary and operational costs
- Communicate effectively with team and guests
- Utilize computer skills for kitchen management
- Organize kitchen operations efficiently
- Mentor and teach culinary staff
