Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience
Ability to work flexible schedules
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
Assist in training new kitchen staff
Adhere to health and safety regulations
