Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and have fun in the kitchen
- Previous cooking experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare home-made meals using fresh, never frozen ingredients
- Ensure every customer receives their made-from-scratch meal hot off the grill
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant areas
- Follow authentic recipes to meet quality and presentation standards
- Adhere to the three key rules of Chuy’s involving customer service, cleanliness, and having fun
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
