Job Duties
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables
- cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff ensuring timely, high-quality output
- answer, report and follow supervisor's instructions
- clean up station and manage leftover food
- ensure proper food storage and temperature control according to health standards
- provide training and oversight to less experienced staff
- communicate frequently with supervisors and service staff to address issues and fulfill guest needs
- minimize waste by maintaining controls to meet forecasted food costs
- perform other duties as assigned
