Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients while following recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver timely and efficient service during busy shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in inventory management and report any shortages or equipment issues
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Support training and mentoring of new kitchen staff as required
