Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a line cook or kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen duties
Job Duties
- Present a warm, friendly and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
- Ensure lunch line is set and fully stocked prior to opening
- Handle all grill work and fryers
- Slice Prime Rib and assist in setting up all orders
- Work lunch line, if assigned, as directed by Chef
- Stock reach-ins
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude no matter what
- Support Broiler Cook in preparing orders
- Ensure a safe environment for Guests and Employees
- Perform these duties in a conscientious, company-oriented manner to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Be passionate about working in a fast paced, team environment
- Be available on all holidays
