  • Food handler safety training card (Health Card)

  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training

Job Duties

  • Assist with pasta making, pizza preparation, and other specialty Italian dishes
  • Uphold the restaurant's commitment to providing exceptional Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction
  • Follow food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Monitor food temperatures and assist in maintaining quality standards
  • Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
  • Food preparation
  • Working in a team environment
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Plating and presentation
  • Provide proper rotation of products
  • Complete opening/running/closing duties
  • Other duties as assigned by kitchen management
