Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen experience
- ServSafe Food Handler certification
- ability to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- experience working in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen roles such as line cook, prep or dishwasher
- experience with catering and event servicing
- excellent communication skills
- working knowledge of diverse cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- experienced with Google applications, Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Cleaning and preparing meats and vegetables
- stewarding, expediting product out of the door
- maintaining clear communication with the executive chef and city manager at all times
- keeping station and work areas clean at all times
- taking ownership of whatever task is at hand
