Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or culinary or chef experience preferred but not required
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
  • ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • preparing a variety of food with different methods of preparation and using a variety of tools and equipment
  • following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • assisting with inventory management and stocking
  • supporting team members in daily kitchen operations
